Founded in 2016 and opened in 2018, Touch Ceramics is the leading gallery in Hong Kong specialises in Ceramic Art. As the Gallery Manager of space, I constantly manage the social media of the company, including its Facebook, Instagram as well as generating eDMs to customers. In the year of my service at the gallery, number of followers on Facebook doubled (from 2k to 5k) while those of Instagram increased by six times (500 to 3k). Other than generating contents of each post, I also advertise some of the posts in other to boost traffic and engagement by utilising the monthly budget on ads.
